Solid phase ELSA system
Two monoclonal antibodies are used for the sandwich. The first monoclonal antibody is adsorbed onto the ELSA solid phase. The second monoclonal antibody, radiolabelled with iodine-125, is used as the tracer.
*Two-step assay procedure: 30 min at RT / shaking + 30 min at RT / shaking.
