Two monoclonal antibodies are used for the sandwich. The first monoclonal antibody is adsorbed onto the tube walls. The second monoclonal antibody is radiolabelled with iodine-125.
*Two-step assay procedure: 15 min at RT / shaking + 15 min at RT / shaking.
