Solid phase ELSA system
Two monoclonal anti-CA 15-3 antibodies are used in the sandwich. The first monoclonal antibody, anti-CA 15-3, is coated onto the ELSA solid phase. The second monoclonal antibody, anti-CA 15-3 radiolabelled with iodine-125, is used as the tracer. The sample has to be prediluted at 1/51.
*Two-step assay procedure: 1h at RT / shaking + 1h at RT / shaking.
