Solid phase ELSA system
Two monoclonal anti-CA 19-9 antibodies are used for the sandwich. The first monoclonal antibody, anti-CA 19-9, is coated on the ELSA solid phase. The second monoclonal antibody, anti-CA 19-9 radiolabelled with iodine-125, is used as the tracer.
*Two-step assay procedure: 3h at 37°C + 3h at RT or 16 to 24h at RT.
