Coated tubes
Two monoclonal anti-CA50 antibodies are used for the sandwich. The first monoclonal antibody is adsorbed onto the tube walls, while the second monoclonal antibody is radiolabelled with iodine-125.
*Two-step assay procedure: 2h at RT / shaking + 2h at RT / shaking.
