Solid phase ELSA system
Two monoclonal anti-TAG 72 molecule antibodies are used for the sandwich. The first monoclonal antibody, anti-TAG 72, is coated onto the ELSA solid phase. The second monoclonal antibody, anti-TAG 72 radiolabelled with iodine-125, is used as the tracer. *Two-step assay procedure: 4h at RT / shaking + 20h at 4°C.
