Solid phase ELSA system
Two monoclonal anti-CA 125 antibodies are used in the sandwich. The first monoclonal antibody, anti CA 125 II, is coated onto the ELSA solid phase. The second monoclonal antibody, anti-CA 125 radiolabelled with iodine-125, is used as the tracer.
