Coated tubes
Two anti-CEA monoclonal antibodies are used in the sandwich. The first monoclonal antibody is adsorbed onto the tube walls. The second monoclonal antibody, radiolabelled with iodine-125, is used as the tracer.
*One-step assay procedure: 1h at RT / shaking.
