Two monoclonal anti-CYFRA 21-1 antibodies are used for the sandwich. The first monoclonal antibody BM 19-21 is coated on the ELSA solid phase, while the second monoclonal antibody, KS 19-1 radiolabelled with iodine-125, is used as the tracer.
*One-step assay procedure: 20h at 4°C.
