Solid phase ELSA system
Two monoclonal antibodies are used for the sandwich. The first monoclonal anti-NSE antibody is adsorbed onto the ELSA solid phase, while the second anti-NSE monoclonal antibody radiolabelled with iodine-125 is used as a tracer.
