Coated tubes
Two monoclonal antibodies specific to osteocalcin recognizing the intact 1-49 region and 1-43 peptide are used for the sandwich. The first monoclonal antibody is adsorbed onto the tube walls. The second monoclonal antibody, radiolabelled with iodine-125, is used as the tracer.
*One-step assay procedure: 2h at RT / shaking.
