The principle of the assay is based on competition between anti-TG autoantibodies in the samples and the anti-TG monoclonal antibodies adsorbed onto the tube walls for binding sites on the iodine-125 radiolabeled thyroglobulin (TG) antigen. One-step assay procedure: 90 min at RT / shaking.
