The principle of the assay is based on a competition between a fixed amount of 125I-aldosterone and the aldosterone contained in the samples for a fixed and limited number of antibody binding sites adsorbed onto the walls of the tube.
*NB: prior to urine assay, a specific preparation is required.
*One-step assay procedure: 3h at RT / shaking.
