Hyaluronic acid binding proteins are used for the sandwich. Hyaluronic acid binding protein is coated on the microtiter plate. Horse-radish peroxidase conjugated hyaluronic acid binding protein is used for detection. Three-step assay procedure: 2h at RT / shaking + 30 min at RT / shaking + 30 min at RT / shaking.
