작용원리
P3NP-ELISA 검사는 비색법의 ELISA 타입의 면역측정이며, 샌드위치법에 사용된다. 마이크로 플레이트에 고정된 첫 번째 단일클론성 항체는 칼리브레이터와 샘플에 포함된 PIIINP 단백질을 포착한다. HRP와 결합된 두 번째 단일클론성 항체는 결합된 단백질을 인식한다. 결합되지 않은 시약은 제거한 후, 색도 반응은 과산화 효소기질인 TMB를 더하여 시작된다. 이 반응은 산성물질을 첨가하여 멈추고, 각 웰의 광밀도(OD)를 450 nm에서 측정한다.
