F-INFL-EL-US is a robust and reliable test designed to measure human S100A12 protein in stools. S100A12 protein is over-expressed at inflammatory sites and its stool concentrations are correlated with disease stage and activity. It is abundant in the bowel mucous of patients affected by inflammatory bowel disease including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. 두개의 단일클론성 항체는 샌드위치법에 사용된다. 첫 번째 단일클론성 항체는 마이크로 플레이트에 고정되고, 두 번째 항체는 Horse-Radish-Peroxidase와 결합되어 있다. 두 번째 배양 후, 결합되지 않은 시약은 HRP 물질인 TMB를 더하기 전에 세척한다.
*주의: 검사 전에 대변 처리와 샘플의 1/50배 희석과정을 거쳐야 한다.
*3 step 검사 절차: RT(실온)에서 30분 / Shaking + RT(실온)에서 30분 / Shaking + RT(실온)에서 10분.
