Applications
- S100A12 (EN-RAGE or Calgranulin C) is a 10 kDa cytoplasmic protein and belongs to the S100 family of calcium binding pro inflammatory proteins predominantly secreted by granulocytes. When secreted extracelllularly, S100A12 contributes to innate immune response including activation of intracellular signaling aiming to cytokine production and induction of oxidative stress.
- S100A12 could be a biomarker of interest for inflammation processes. Its utility was already described in:

작용원리
ELISA
마이크로 플레이트에 고정된 첫 번째 단일클론성 항체는 칼리브레이터와 샘플에 포함된 S100A12 단백질을 포착한다. 세척 후, HRP와 결합된 두 번째 단일클론성 항체는 흡수된 단백질을 인식한다. 샘플은 1/11배로 미리 희석한다.
*3 step 검사 절차: RT(실온)에서 16-20시간 + RT(실온)에서 2시간 + RT(실온)에서 10분.
