The OCFE07-Tryps kit permits radioimmunological determination of the enzyme trypsin in human serum and other biological fluids. The kit utilizes the principle of competitive protein binding analysis, using a double antibody radioimmunoassay method where free trypsin is separated from antibody-bound trypsin by an anti-rabbit precipitating serum.

첫 번째 단계에서는 혈청 trypsin과 Iodine 125가 표지된 trypsin이 매우 특정한 anti-trypsin 항체를 위해 경쟁한다. 두 번째 단계에서는 trypsin이나 Iodine 125가 표지된 trypsin 항체 결합물이 anti-rabbit gammaglobulin과 침전물과 반응한다. 원심분리 후, 침전물의 Iodine 125 방사능량을 측정한다.
*2 step 검사 절차: RT(실온)에서 3시간 + RT(실온)에서 30분 + 15분 원심분리.
