두개의 단일클론성 anti-CA 15-3 항체는 샌드위치법에 사용된다.
첫번째 단일클론성 항체 anti-CA 15-3은 ELSA 고체상에 흡착되어 있고, Iodine 125가 표지된 두번째 단일클론성 항체 anti-CA 15-3은 추적자로 사용된다. 표본은 1/51로 미리 희석해야 한다.
*2 step 검사 절차: RT(실온)에서 1시간 / Shaking + RT(실온)에서 1시간 / Shaking.
