두개의 단일클론성 anti-CA 19-9 항체는 샌드위치법에 사용된다.
첫번째 단일클론성 항체 anti-CA 19-9는 ELSA 고체상에 흡착되어 있고, Iodine 125가 표지된 두번째 단일클론성 항체인 anti-CA 19-9 추적자로 사용된다.
*2 step 검사 절차: 37°C 에서 3시간 + RT(실온)에서 3시간이나 RT(실온)에서 16~24시간.
