두개의 단일클론성 anti-CYFRA 21-1 항체는 샌드위치법에 사용된다.
첫번째 단일클론성 항체인 BM 19-21은 ELSA 고체상에 흡착되어 있고, Iodine 125가 표지된 두번째 단일클론성 항체인 KS 19-1은 추적자로 사용된다.
