Centrifugation
Iodine 125가 표지된 수용체를 test sera, 표지된 수용체의 복합물을 같이 배양하고, 수용체 항체는 anti-human 면역글로불린항체와 면역 침전된다. 원심분리와 세척 후, 침전물의 방사능량을 측정한다.
*검사 절차: RT(실온)에서 2시간 + 2-8°C에서 2시간 혹은 18시간 + 20분간 원심분리 + 20분간 원심분리.
