작용원리

GAD65 and IA-2 분자는 ELISA 플레이트 웰에 코팅되어 있다. GAD65&&IA-2-biotin 복합체는 액체 상태로 되어있다. 웰에 코팅된 움직이지 않는 GAD65와 IA-2에 결합된 샘플의 GAD-Ab나 IA-2-Ab는 GAD-Ab나 IA-2-Ab 브릿지를 통해 GAD65-biotin&IA-2 biotin와 상호작용을 한다. SA-POD를 추가하여 결합된 GAD65-biotin와 IA-2 biotin이 검출된다. 결합되지 않고 남은 SA-POD는 과산화 효소기질인 TMB를 더하기 전에 세척한다.
*검사 절차: 2-8°C에서 16시간 + RT(실온)에서 1시간 / Shaking + RT(실온)에서 20분 / Shaking + RT(실온)에서 20분.
