ZnT8 분자는 ELISA 플레이트 웰에 코팅되어 있다. ZnT8-biotin 복합체는 액체 상태로 되어있다. 웰에 코팅된 ZnT8에 결합된 샘플의 ZnT8-Ab는 ZnT8-Ab 브릿지를 통해 ZnT8-biotin과 상호작용을 한다. SA-POD를 추가하여 결합된 ZnT8-biotin이 검출된다. 결합되지 않고 남은 SA-POD는 과산화 효소기질인 TMB를 더하기 전에 세척한다.
*검사 절차: 2-8°C에서 야간 16-20시간 + 2-8°C에서 1시간 + RT(실온)에서 20분 / Shaking + 어두운 곳에서 20분 TA.
