검사 전에 혈장 샘플에서 angiotensin I의 생성을 위한 샘플 준비가 필요하다.
해당 키트의 원리는 Iodine 125가 표지된 angiotensin I과 샘플에 있는 angiotensin I간의 경쟁반응에 기초한다.
튜브에 흡착된 다클론성 anti-angiotensin I 항체와 반응한 추적자의 결합 방사능량을 측정한다.
*검사 절차: 1- 혈장 샘플 준비: 37°C에서 90분 / 이후 ice bath ; 2- 검사 절차: RT(실온)에서 90분 / Shaking.
