The ESTR-US-CT kit is based on the principle of competition for binding with an immuno-serum adsorbed onto the inner walls of coated tubes. In conformity with recommendations, the kit has been standardized with the GC-MS. Its excellent sensitivity (detection limit 5 pmol/L, functional sensitivity 10 pg/mL) and its very low cross-reactivity with estrone (0.97%) make this kit an outstanding tool for investigations.

작용원리

해당 검사는 2 step 경쟁반응에 기초한다.
첫번째 step은 다클론성 anti-estradiol 항체가 흡착된 튜브 벽에 샘플을 배양한다. 두번째 step에서는 Iodine 125가 표지된 트레이서를 남아있는 free antibody sites에 삼투시키기 위해 첨가한다. 결합되지 않은 추적자는 제거한다.
*검사 절차: 37°C에서 1시간 + 37°C에서 1시간.
