The Cisbio Bioassays OCPM03-HCG assay covers a broad measurement range (0-1000 mIU/mL) and has a very good analytical sensitivity 1 mIU/mL. It offers the possibility to monitor high values in pregnancy, early pregnancy tests or tumor diagnosis. The assay has been standardized against the 1st IRP (WHO 75/537).

두개의 단일클론성 anti-hCG 항체는 샌드위치법에 사용된다.
첫번째 단일클론성 β-hCG 항체는 튜브벽에 코팅이 되어있고, Iodine 125가 표지된 두번째 단일클론성 anti-α-hCG 항체는 추적자로 사용된다.
*두가지 검사 절차: 1- 정성적 hCG 검사: RT(실온)에서 10분 / shaking + RT(실온)에서 10분 / shaking; 2- 정량적 hCG 검사: RT(실온)에서 30분 / shaking + RT(실온)에서 60분 / shaking.
