해당 키트의 원리는 Iodine 125가 표지된 17α-OHP와 샘플에 있는 17α-OHP간의 경쟁반응에 기초하며, 다클론성 anti-17-OHP 항체의 수를 측정한다. 결합되지 않은 부분과 결합된 부분의 분리는 두 번째 항체가 과도하게 미리 침전된 면역침전시약을 사용한다.
*3 step 검사 절차: RT(실온)에서 30분 + 37°C에서 1시간 / shaking + 37°C에서 30분 / shaking.
