Immunoprecipitating reagent
첫 번째 단계에서는 샘플에 있는 gastrin과 Iodine 125가 표지된 gastrin이 제한된 anti-gastrin 항체 결합수를 경쟁한다. 두 번째 단계에서는 gastrin이나 Iodine 125가 표지된 gastrin이 anti-rabbit gammaglobulin과 침전물과 반응한다. 침전물의 Iodine 125 방사능량을 측정한다.
*3 step 검사 절차: RT(실온)에서 2시간 + RT(실온)에서 15분 + 15분 원심분리.
